The qualities that a "natural born leader" often follows are the qualities of those who identify as extroverts. Those who are introverted and reserved are often not seen as "fit" for a high ranking job in a company because of their differences. In my presentation, I challenge the reasons behind society's bias and how introverts could offer a lot for a company rather than being a liability.
