Spanish majors will share their capstone research projects on topics such as The Roots of Gender Roles and Inequality in Mexico, Religious symbolism in the novel Primera memoria and its relationship to the Spanish Civil War, Causes of the Spanish Civil War with Comparisons with Modern Day Conflicts, and Medical Translation and Issues of Social Justice for Spanish Speakers in the U.S. All presentations will be in Spanish.
